This was posted on Jeff burgers facebook. Its a close site but some people will be able to open and comment about it.
Essentially Flamingo has brought in prefab cement housing units for about a 100 workers from the Philippines for the next construction phase.

The observer that saw these housing units said there were about 20 of them designed to house 12 workers each. Encouraging.
