40 yr visitor.I May have just had the proverbial straw that broke the camels back moment. After jumping through hoops the last two days at considerable expense to meet time requirements I have been denied authorization for my 2/1 arrival EHAS Requires a negative rt-PCR Test “AND/OR” a negative antigen test from one of 3 manufacturers
My entry is being denied because The minister of healths office doesn’t Like Mass Generals choice of Antigen test manufacturer Even though the negative Sophia antigen results We’re accompanied by a negative rt-PCR result
So I’ll be spending the rest of my Sunday Trying to get my money back from AA and Sonesta
Imagine the 3rd world health office not accepting results from a world leader in healthcare. FU SXM

Try resubmitting the form; you may get someone who's not as much a stickler.

Wait--you have a negative PCR test? If so, you wouldn't need a antigen test at all. If in fact you have a negative PCR test, why don't you call and phone number that has been posted here? You certainly DON'T need anything else, IF you have a negative PCR test. (Unless the antigen test is positive??)

I'd suggest submitting again, but ONLY submit the R-PCR test.
And keep this phone number handy. It's been helpful to a lot of others here:
1-721-542-1570
Call if you get rejected again. Don't give up yet!

My point exactly Carol. Based on Ehas guidance the neg PCR trumps the antigen test I’ve emailed the sintmaartengov address but I’ve seen no phone number Could someone please provide?

Just resubmit the form and upload just the nr-PCR test results. There are at least 10 different people who are doing the admission emails so your chance of getting accepted is very good as long as your PCR test was negative.

Please keep us updated, but I really think this will work out. I think your problem was that you never should have submitted the antigen test at all. Best wishes.

Hang in there! Denied several times, the phone number did the trick for us too. We had a Monday departure also, and everyone was working remotely on Sunday so it took a bit more effort. We got the BD Veritor rapid test on Saturday morning and immediately submitted, and it took until later Sunday afternoon to finally get that nice email with the green header instead of the dreaded red one. Also, as others have pointed out..it seems to work best when you submit each person from their own email address.

Both tests were negative Both results were sent in one file My guess is the person opened the file Saw Sophia antigen test and never bothered to look at page 2,3 or 4 Pages 3,4 were the negative PCR results

just not making sense, you used two different email addresses and uploaded the test results as a pdf correct. just resubmit them correctly without the antigen. just send the pcr. not sure why you would send both. but leave one out and retry.
