jewelry repair - 11/13/2018 07:42 PM

Our friends at Jewels in Paradise reluctantly stayed closed after Irma. I am in need of a jeweler you trust for repair. I will need to have ring cut off & made larger. This ring has my original diamonds from my wedding rings in 1970 & the diamonds from a ring my husband bought me for our 40th & Peter & Haresh had this ring made special. It needs to be larger, Thanks for your suggestions in advance.

Ditto.

Actually most of the jewelry stores use someone who has an office upstairs off of Front Street. They walk repairs and resizing jobs over to them. I was able to visit when I had a piece designed which combined two other things.

There is a repair shop directly across from Juggies off of Front St in Phillipsburg., Does great work and is fast and inexpensive. He also buys used gold at a competitive price. I have used him before for various repairs and sold him some old chains I didn't want anymore. A lot of the jewelry store use him for their repairs. I've seen various salespeople from those jewelry stores come and go while waiting for my repair.

Juggies is in the alley just before Saint Martin of Tours Catholic Church. Smallest bar in the world...lol

Some jewery stores use a Colombain jewelry repair shop that is now located across from the street T shirt vendors in P'burg. On the little walkway ( I guess that is what you call it) between the parking lot behind the Court House and where Kangaroo Court used to be.
