So this trip really pleased in finding so many new places but I just can’t find two of them on my list. So let’s say I am at the Yacht Club heading to Philly, where exactly is Marks Place from there please and where is Cost U Less?
Going to Bar Code tonight as they have a special Serbian white bean soup that they are known for and I really need less calories in me not more as yesterday I really pigged out. Tropicana for lunch was as usual outstanding Evening L’Auberge in GC and then what did I do after having Trops Soufflé for Lunch, came back for drinks and another Soufflé in the evening. Pauline the pastry chef, no wonder it’s that good, she had her training in Menton at a three star Michelin Restaurant and she is going to let me in a few weeks watch her actually make the soufflé so will probably video it and the owner will give me the recipe. I do a pretty good one but cannot get mine to raise 4 inches in height or taste quite that good.
She said she is going to show me a trick that very few people know about........oooghhhhhh.....
