If you look at the question and answer for test on the Government FAC page here is what the answer is. "The rt-PCR test sample should be taken within 120 hours and the antigen test sample within 48 hours prior to departure to St. Maarten (last leg in case of connecting flights)." Unbelievable the confusion this causes. And no mention of an exemption if US or Canadian.
