Virginia wishing STJ
|
Feeling the symptoms of the DIF and stuck in Virginia with no trip planned to STJ we tried to avoid having a full blown fever outbreak by joining some friends for a canoe trip down the Rappahannock River. It was an absolutely beautiful day in Virginia, but with every stroke I swear I could taste a painkiller. We were positive that one more rapid and two more bends in the river Soggy Dollar would come into view. How far do you have to paddle to get to blue water? We never made it to Soggy Dollar, but there was a wine tasting at the end of our adventure! When you get dealt grapes – Make wine!
“Every time I open a bottle of wine, it is an amazing trip somewhere!” José Andrés
