I didn't know whether to post this here or on Nude Resorts section.
We wanted to see another part of the island, so we booked our 2nd July week here.
The reviews are excellent. In 23 visits to SXM, we've only stayed on the Dutch side once - in Cupecoy. If anyone has any info on here, we'd love to hear it. And the price is budget friendly.

I'm going where the weather suits my clothes.

Well the website hasn’t been updated in 3 years so hard to tell if any upgrades. Is there anything around that area or is it a commute to all offsite meals.

I'm really not very familiar with the area, but Mark's Place looks close, so is Carrefour. We'll check out the area during the previous week when we'll be in Orient Village. I also noticed that about the website, but the owners have posted recently.

Looks like it is maybe near Emilios. More inland, not somewhere I would be walking to anything.

Just looking for some place different.

This will be our 24th trip to SXM and we've always stayed on the French side. Our first week we are staying in Orient at Club Fantastico (as we do yearly). Second week we wanted something different, and someone had posted the link to a FB site that we follow. Not sure of the location, but looks isolated with a beautiful view. We always have a car, so distance in getting anywhere is not an issue.

We were just posting to see if anyone here has stayed there; it gets 5 star reviews, so we will take our chances ! Lol.

It's been several years since I have posted or logged on but I wanted to tell you about Paul and Carols place. If you read the reviews, you will see that I have stayed there for 4 times for several weeks at a time. Every time is a good time and they have been the best of hosts. It is gated with an automatic opener, the best dogs are glad to see you day and night. You have a pool, an outside lounge area that is great for that evening glass of wine, Our last visit was just before the covid lock down. We will be staying with them in the future.

Its not walking distance from any where, you need a car, its up a steep drive. Marks is a short drive.

My reviews are on Airbnb..........

Thanks for your reply !! We are very excited to have discovered this spot and are very much looking forward to staying there.. A bonus is we are close to Mark's Place! One of our favorites. Thanks again and have a great day.
