I am told it might concern entry requirement changes. Perhaps someone can get the audio to play and report what they are saying. The only update was a decrease in large gatherings to 100. Anyone with any common sense should already know that groups over 100 are likely to have positive cases as the BVI is currently 3.6% positive across the whole population.
