The one shown had stickers on the card for the vaccine dates. Mine and my Wifes card was handwritten from Walgreens. Will that be a problem....Thank you

I contacted government for replacement ---hubby left his in a pocket and decided he'd to the laundry so how could I be upset with him lol. I was told to return to where the vaccine was given and they would give me a replacement. He got it yesterday.
