We stopped on tuesday and was closed, i asked Max next door and he said they had closed him down.

Sad in many ways but this is also what happens when regulations are not followed.

I was going to ask that, as the name didn't sound familiar to me. bbeach--are ANY of the ocean side restaurants reopened other than Rainbow?

I'm all for businesses opening back up quickly...but that's a lot of infractions.

Yes. Rules aren't just guidelines, they are there for a reason and should be fallowed.

No idea but it appears the French government means business with regards to the rebuilding and following regulations.

Some of their tables were right at the edge of that dock where the people come in from their boats in dinghys. It was fairly busy the day we stopped for drinks at Max's . Had hoped to get crepe but he doesn't have them anymore.
