Sint Maarten Day - November 11

Don't forget that Thursday is Sint Maarten Day, a national holiday on both sides of the island. Quite a few places will be closed including some restaurants and stores, others will be closing early. Many locals have the day off and there will be celebrations, a parade and the beaches should be busy.

Who's grilling in case I need to mooch?


Also, USA Veterans Day, remember your veterans and thank them for their service.

Does anyone know if the Sunset Beach Bar will be open? We are supposed to meet a couple there that day for lunch.
