What I hate about all of this is, half of this will began to develop. Then the project goes bust and we are left with the eyesore of abandon projects!!

Why would I want to buy it? Just a headache with international, long-distance maintenance, regulatory, and taxation issues. Besides, I never said that it would particularly bother me, just explaining what I thought the "we" meant in the post by @Colour1 since you seemed to be having difficulty comprehending it.
