Covid testing on Saturday

Posted By: boucharda

Covid testing on Saturday - 01/14/2022 11:40 AM

Does anyone know where to get tested in the Simpson Bay area on a Saturday for a Sunday return. Every place I have looked is closed on Saturday. Returning 1/23...TIA

Edit: change that to "anywhere"...getting desperate and trying to avoid an airport test experience

Medworks, in Simpson Bay, across from Avantika has appointments available on 1/22 for the rapid antigen test. Link below.

Check with the French Side pharmacies, which do Antigen testing.

MedWorks has Saturday appointments and has had them for months!!!!!! No need to look on the French side. Pay attention to their online calendar, their week starts on Monday and ends on Sunday and that can confuse some people.

We were also very pleased with the Medworks experience both times we used them. Made our appointments on line from home; showed up and were swabbed; waited about fifteen minutes and walked away with our printed results in hand.

Happy travels…..🙂🙂

I've heard that at home COVID tests work as a means to re-enter the US. Not sure if this is true or how this even works. Can anyone provide color on this?

Yes, we used a home test. Here's how it worked for us: https://www.traveltalkonline.com/ub...now-home-test-experience.html#Post272042

Testing, temperature monitoring, masking, vaccinations papers, distancing from others... I rather stay home.

Not me. Twice and it was well worth every bit of the grief in getting there both times and I look forward to doing it again in April.

We all need to live within our personal comfort zone.

Exactly....so glad we are here. Momentary testing uncertainty is well worth the trip

Medworks has always had Saturday hours. We used them in December, and they're extremely efficient.
