I would consider Cruising if the Ship's capacity was filled to only 10%. Saw the story on the local news last night, and they are sailing out of Miami. Too far for us, if only it was Mobile or Galveston, we would be packing our suitcases.

They cannot make money under any permutation, sailing at 10% capacity. Since these initial cruises are FREE on Royal Caribbean, (not on Celebrity, which is requiring 95% vaccination) I'm sure they will have no problem coming up with 500 people on Royal Caribbean, to take a free cruise.

I guess I missed the "free" part. I didn't see where the fare was mentioned at all. Wonder how they will pick who sails?? First come, first served??

The Celebrity Cruise was approved as the first cruise with paying passengers, so the Royal Caribbean one has to be free, from what I'm getting from the story. My pure guess is that it is some type of a lottery, based on people who sign up for the test cruises.

Our cruise on NCL back on! Different ship and itinerary slightly changed for the better.
Cruise now 11/20 - 12/5 (three weeks later)
Price dropped considerably.

Ship after it drops us in NYC is headed to San Juan.
Skipping Florida and their backwards laws and governor

NCL holding strong - Not vaccinated - Not Welcomed!
Thank you NCL CEO and Stockholders!

Glad for your sake that your cruise is back on, but that crossing, ending in NYC in December, is going to be COLD...
