This was just announced in an email: ARC Europe, the transatlantic rally organized by World Cruising, will depart from Sint Maarten, instead of Tortola, on May 8, 2021.
Since the BVI's are still closed to all vessels, a change in departure to Sint Maarten was necessary. So the BVI's are losing even more sailors and business because of the closure.
