Dive video "The Tugboat" on Īle Tintamarre - 01/31/2015 04:14 PM

This is a short video put together from several dives at "The Tugboat" ("Le Remorquer"), just off the anchorage at Īle Tintamarre off St. Martin.
For those who like diving this is a very easy dive with a mooring ball (for dinghies) attached to the wreck Samson post, so one can't miss it. The wreck lies upright in about 50-60 feet on sand and attracts a lot of fish.

Very nice !! Lots of sea life for sure. Water clarity is similar to diving in Cozumel. Thank you for sharing.

Thanks for the kind words, this are my first forays into video and I'm amazed at how difficult it is to cut motion clips into a finished video and realize that there's a LOT to learn.

I used a Nikon D7000 camera with an Ikelite housing underwater. The still picture turn out great, since I use a flash which brings out the true colors. In video mode I didn't use a light at all, which is why those shots are all somewhat colorless.
