I've seen it there this past Wednesday when I left. Plenty of choices across multiple shops I think.

While I can confirm that they do sell Ma Dou Dou at Duty-Free, it is worthwhile visiting the quaint shop at the factory if you get to the French Cul-de-Sac.

I would love to visit the shop but on this trip we are just passing through SXM on our way to St. Bart's. On our next visit to St. Martin we will definitely visit the shop in Cul de Sac.
