This year will be our 25th consecutive visit to SXM. For many years we rented from Unity but stopped using them after they failed to pick us up for two consecutive years. Last year we rented from AAA but this year they have not responded to any of the three requests I have submitted over the past week. Looks like I'll try Hertz this year. At least they respond to my emails. <img src="http://www.traveltalkonline.com/forums/images/graemlins/duh.gif" alt="" />

I would bet your isp could be blocking the reply to your email. I have Comcast and always have to use gmail when emailing Alain because Comcast blocks email coming from caribserve.net due to spam reasons.

I just returned Saturday and rented from aaa. Check your spam folder...they usually respond within hours.

Yes I have to 2nd the comments about AAA. We were there a week ago and my flight was delayed 5 hours and I was able to have a conversation via emails about the delay while at the airport as they responded almost immediately. They went out of their way to contact my friend who was waiting at the hotel and didn't know I was delayed then they were there at the airport waiting for me at 10:30 at night.

This sometimes happens with Lesley Bruce as well. Now I always check my spam folder!

I emailed Alain (AAA) just last week and received a prompt reply. I agree it could be your server.

We always use Automax they always answer our emails, they give us an exact quote with no surprises when we get there, they drop off and pickup the car wherever we want and they're are always on time, plus we get the extra insurance and phone threw them at a reasonable price

Couldn't agree more about Triple A. Alain, Myra and the crew are tops when it comes to customer service. I had the problem with them via my Comcast but for some reason, it finally came through. That was a few years ago. Lately it's been fine.
