I get the full version and it does state on page 3 that the decision was put off for another 15 days. It basically just says that 8 beach operators had sued the Collectivite' over the ban on sun loungers, stating a loss of business.

I never understood why it was a "problem". Seems fine to me.

Some places were setting up on the full depth of the beach and complaints were made that walking the beach had become impossible. So for a few that abuse, all suffer.
