I posted earlier about Celine Too's new dinner Lagoon cruise. I received the following email from Capt. neil:
Hi Bob,


Good to hear from you.


I will be doing the Sunset cruise with dinner on board on Monday evenings.


All food will be prepared and cooked fresh on board!


The menu will be :


Starter. Red Bell Pepper soup and salad.


Main. Roast Beef, Chicken, Pork.


Roast italian veggies & Green Salad.


Desert. Hot ( South African speciality ) Lemon Pudding and Vanilla Ice cream.


There is an open bar , Mimosa on boarding, and wines pared to the menu.


Cocktails and Beer also available.




THE PRICE : is $ 95 per person. ( Activity desks take a 20% commission, so I have to take that into account, and I don’t want to start over $100!!)


Bob , Please let me know what your thoughts are regarding this menu and price. I would appreciate your input.

Glad to see this is getting started! It was mentioned to us last July! Neil is a great chef!

besides being a great chef, he is a great guy. his lunch onboard last week was just fabulous.

Neil loves cooking aboard ship (and it shows) and his creations almost rival that of Bruno's various venues.
