Orient rental for 2 couples & a kid

Looking for any recommendations for a rental in 2017. It will be 2 couples and a 7 year old. Looking for a single residence with a pool possibly. All the adults have been before and we are looking forward to getting back and introducing the kid. Thanks everyone, I've been a bit removed from the board post child.

We have known the owner for many years and we have rented through her when she worked at another very popular rental site on the French side of island. Many nice offerings at a variety of prices. We've had good luck renting villas on the hill behind Orient beach. Martinier Villa from gobeach.com may be what you are looking for. PM if you have questions. Very private, secure etc. The breeze tends to keep mosquitoes at bay.

We have stayed at Caribbean Salt (on VRBO & Flipkey) and are staying again in November. 2 Bedroom, 2 bath, very nice, clean pool, across the street from Kakao.
