Sunday is the day tradionally that the local residents visit the beach, so it may be a bit more crowded, and it will also depend on the number of cruise ships in port. But, ANY day is a good day on Orient Beach!

We try to avoid the crowds when possible so Sunday's are often days we might do an island drive around to check out the changes and even after all these years, we still enjoy the touristy site-seeing drive. Lunch along the way is always pleasant, too. And if we're not in the mood for that, or perhaps already did it the week before, we might just make Sunday a pool day at our own resort and close the day out with dinner at any of the fabulous eateries across the island. A lazy day can be a good thing, even on vacation.

We did, too, Billy, once upon a time but since Rosies and DaLeos took up so much of the beach it's just not the same. So we do the 'quiet drive' or the 'quiet day' at home on our beloved balcony instead.
