DL JFK-SXM With Domestic Connection

DL JFK-SXM With Domestic Connection - 10/31/2016 04:30 PM

I'll be travelling from BOS to SXM on DL in a few days, connecting at JFK. I've got a 70-minute connect time in JFK. It looks like my flight from BOS will probably come into T2, while the JFK-SXM flight will probably leave out of T4. I see that there is an airside bus (JFK Jitney) which shuttles people between T2 and T4. I usually fly AA, and this is my first time using DL through JFK. I'm wondering if 70 minutes enough time to deplane and get from T2 to T4 using the Jitney? Anyone have experience with this?

That might be close. I can tell you the the airtrain stops every 5 mins. that could be very close. I would try to get an earlier flight out of BOSTON.

In the winter I would say close but this time of year I think that is a reasonable connection...and with only a few days to go it might be a bit late and not cost effective to change

We flew Jet Blue direct from Logan for the first time earlier this month. I loved Jet Blue. So much leg room. Great service. Even better was flying direct to SXM! <img src="http://www.traveltalkonline.com/forums/images/graemlins/Joy.gif" alt="" /> It was the best flight we've had in ages. Lesley from Kenny's had our car waiting for us as soon as we walked out of the airport. It was a great start to our stay!

It may not be a concern. We have flown out of JFK on Delta to the island and we left from the Delta terminal, not international.
