Wondering if anyone can point me to a site that lists restaurant for sale in SXM... most interested in Orient Bay- to see if any of the new places are looking to sell.

Most of the new places on Orient Beach are rentals.

Wasn't the deal that the government owns the property and rents to the operator and they can't sublet?
