Royal Palm Rentals - 01/22/2017 11:33 PM

Anyone have contacts to owners that are renting 2 and 3 bedrooms at the Royal Palm?
We have a large group going down in November and need a few rooms.

Cheers <img src="http://www.traveltalkonline.com/forums/images/graemlins/circle.gif" alt="" />

Royal Palm Rentals

Finding multiple rooms for the same time period may be a little tough. You can also rent as a hotel room direct from the resort.

Thanks for the link but I do not see many rentals for Royal Palm for 2017. Looking for a 2 bedroom for the week Nov 5-12. Unfortunately Tim who we rented with last year Is occupying his own unit this year. Hoping to connect with an owner directly.

Thanks TTOL for your help

For that far out, you will likely need to wait until closer to the actual time.

Travel gal, are you referring to Tim's unit 8123? We love that unit too.

In looking at Sales for Royal Palm in great weeks in everthingsxm I notices prices that are ridiculously low. e.g. a week for 2999. Are there problems there causing give away prices.

Timeshares are a hard thing to sell in many cases. At the price you mentioned, people are hoping to get anything to get out from under the maintenance fee. Nice place to stay if you want to buy a timeshare.

Try calling Diamond Resorts in Las Vegas. We blocked several 2 Bedroom units there and other rooms at the Flamingo thru Diamond (parent company). They gave us a wonderful rate as well. This was for my son's wedding.
