Club Orient Reservations

I think I may have seen this before so I apologize if it's redundant; we are thinking about coming to Club Orient in late April and I thought I saw where it is better to book through someone other than the resort directly. If that's the case, any help on referrals is appreciated.

Jim will handle the reservations for you, it won't cost you any more, and he will give you hints about the resort, handle any questions or specific requests you might have, as well as, in the unlikely event that there are problems, you will have an advocate on your side.

We've booked through Jim & he was terrific - we are planning to do so again. As Carol said, the cost is the same, and he can recommend nicer units. I know that he can't guarantee one of the nicer units, but it can't hurt to request them, as there really is a difference between individual units there now..

I agree with Carol. Caribbean Islands Travel Service has served us for years. Jim and Mary RUOS will treat you like family.

We have used Jim Ruos at CITS for years and HIGHLY recommend him! He has an excellent relationship with Club O and his comission is paid for by Club O, not you. He has a wonderful history of providing excellent service.

Plus, if anything starts to go haywire during your trip one simple call to Jim will get it fixed...fast!

We have used him ever since our second trip to SXM and Club O and would not fail to use him again...

Have always just called the front desk and made them directly. Or made them in person when planning ahead. Shoot, last time, Karima even called me. They are the best!
