I had not heard of them. They do have a website and there it says they partner with Empress.

It is Priceless. I read one review on Trip Advisor that wasn't too positive but I'm going to continue researching.

Never heard of them either but that doesn't mean they don't exist. Any chance the review on TripAdvisor is using the wrong name? Not everything posted or reviewed on TripAdvisor is 100% accurate.
