Probably Putin or one of the oligarchs is going to purchase the villa. Some good Russian investment to counter the Chinese investment.

Hopefully, now we will be able to get good quality borscht on the island.

It wouldn't occur to me to order borscht in the islands. Then again, for the first time in 2015 I had pizza on the islands! I had to force myself and I just to 'traditional' not 'seafood pizza'. (also ate at a sushi place-we were there sort of by accident and now it's a law. NEVER AGAIN in the Caribbean.

Instead of dealing in real estate Trump should start his own foundation. That way he can collect 2 billion dollars and no one will say anything.

We had a picnic on Plum Bay beside his property a month ago an the workers were busy painting etc. Now I guess we know why.

Kind of funny - we rented Villa Ecume des Jours at the end of Plum Bay for my 60th birthday. A really neat place to stay. Walked by the large estate quite a few times on our beach walks. Never realized before where the trump estate was located.

Yup some things should stay in the USA. Have never had good pizza, and for sure would not try sushi... Uhmmmmmm do not like sushi anyway...

Ha Ha! I'm pretty sure neither pizza nor sushi are US foods. We love the French-style pizza we get at places like Dreams and Kakao. And while I've not had the sushi at Dreams, my husband and our friends have, and have enjoyed it very much. St. Martin has a very diverse population, which lends itself to varied dining experiences.

My pizza at Bon Appetit was awesome. Seriously not a word I throw out a lot. But islands are for conch, not pizza

I would think they would clean up the seaweed on the beach prior to taking photo's to sell. We stopped in Plum Bay a few years back on a trip around the island and the beach was pristine, no seaweed anywhere. I know seaweed comes and goes but it doesn't appear they are taking very good care of the beach considering they are going to list it.

It's a good thing not all agree, or St. Martin wouldn't be what it is today. The variety of great cuisine is what makes it special for me.

Russia, Russia, Russia. It's only worth what someone is willing to pay for it.
