Simpson Bay Resort

I chated online today at the SBR site. I was told that they would not be opened until April 2018. I called RCI regarding my Jan 2018 reservation. At first, they said to wait and I will be contacted. They have not heard from the resort. I asked for my exchange to be canceled and credit my exchange fee. After much discussion, they gave me my points back to search for a new vacation and credited my exchange fee. If you have a reservation with RCI at SBR, I would contact them!
