Is the Sunset or the Refuge in Maho open, or about to open soon? Haven't seen any pictures other than a quick video on another site.

I saw a recent photo. One person at the round bar and devastation all around the round bar. Didn't look to inviting.

Sunset is currently being worked on and will reopen next month, however Maho is damaged real bad and has to be rebuilt.
