I have not sent money to people in Saint Martin but I don't think should be any different from any other PP transaction. I have sent and received money via PP to and from different countries. Its really quite simple. As long as you ave their PP email or account name your a good to go.

I have paid for services on SXM via paypal with a reputable person/company without any problem. If they have a paypal account, it should not be any problem.

I have sent money to the I Love My Island Dog shelter, and to a VRBO studio via PayPal with no problems.

I avoid paypal at all cost...not that it has anything to do with SXM.

Same here....no issues at all after MANY Ebay sales and purchases AND direct money transfer to individuals
