Had hoped this project had been shelved. At least we will have a bit more time before the Belair area becomes crazy.

With as many things that get talked about building, until you see the structure started and completed, it is not a done deal.

These articles indicate Chinese govt trying to put the brakes on unsustainable, debt fueled overseas investments in hotels, sports teams, etc

Didn’t know that AMC theatres owned by the Chinese
