Departing flights from SXM

Departing flights from SXM - 08/14/2018 05:21 PM

In the past on the morning of the day we fly out of SXM we would carry our check on luggage to the airport and check it in early then go have lunch. Is that still an option with the setup they have now at the existing facility.

This has been discussed.

Yes it is as long as you haven't gone through security which is after the baggage check in counter.

Thanks Scuba. That's all I needed was a short reply. I don't have time to go back and check all the post which sometime have long drawn out threads. It seems like it's all some people do is stay on this site and read and post. Maybe when i retire.

Wow. Kind of snarky when all someone was trying to do was help you.

Well not really. It's just there is a lot of us that are only on here from time to time and then we get a response that all we have to do is search for the answer. to our question. Well it seems to me that all of you that post constantly would not mind just answering the question if you know the answer and if not just not comment.

Never said you had to search for the answer. Merely replied with the information you requested, where others who have been recently had their impressions.

Whatever.

Apparently we retired people, having nothing better to do, should be happy to provide concise and timely answers to the travel questions of those who are much to busy to bother even following a link pointing to the information requested. I guess we now have--in addition to DYKWIA , a new one: MTMVTY (my time's more valuable than yours). Wow.

And with that, this one is done as the question has been answered.

I do think a little searching is not all that hard and when a link is provided, it is even easier.

While I really enjoy message boards and the discussions, instant gratification is often desired. One asks a question and an instant answer it expected. Sad thing is, the answer may or may not be correct. If one never does any research on their own, how will they know for sure if what they have been told is accurate?

Thanks to those who answered.
