I received email from Sapphire in April and sent an immediate response with questions etc. I never heard from them.. On November 11 I did get another message from Sapphire totally unrelated to my concerns or questions. I replied again and included a copy of my April email message. Still no response. It is impossible to get through on the phone. I tried many times and get recordings or am cut off before reaching anyone. If anyone has a good contact name and email address for someone in charge at Sapphire please let me know. Any assistance is appreciated.
