Sushi?

What restaurant has the best sushi on the island?

My favorites are Bamboo and Ginger Sushi.

The sushi at Le Moulin Fou is actually really good.

I think Bamboo might be closed. Or, they have recently re-opened. I'll know in about four weeks. Otherwise, Ginger Sushi is probably your best bet.
