The story is about Ennia Insurance and Mullet Bay, but the part about the value of the property was interesting to me.

Is the value what the property was worth when the hurricane hit??? 1995..........

We had heard that it was valued at over i billion when Greg Norman had interest in it. Can't recall hw long ag that was. Maybe someone here knows.

The $50M figure I think was supposed to be the current figure and the take that I got from the story was that the MPs were surprised that the value was so low on Ennia's books.

I'd find that hard to believe......1 Billion in that time frame for land only.....
