Piazza Pascal

Piazza Pascal - 07/28/2019 06:00 PM

We are sorry to see that Pascal will be leaving the island in August. Donna had left last year for Texas and Pascal will be joining her this year. We always loved Piazza Pascal and hopefully the food will remain the same when we visit in December. Best wishes to Pascal and Donna.

We were there two week ago and gave Donna and Pascal a strong hug. Donna left while we were there and Pascal is still working for a couple of weeks or so. We will miss them both very much.

I am a little confused by your post & the following post. Are Donna & Pascal leaving the island for good or will they be returning?

Wishing my two friends the best of luck in their next chapter of their lives. Enjoy your new lives in Texas....and don't spoil those grandkids too much!!! Not going to be the same on the island without the both of them. I truly doubt that whoever takes over the restaurant, will have the touch that Pascal and Donna did. Also going to be pretty boring on Orient, without seeing Donna and Cleo in their daily walk. frown

Any ideas if the restaurant sold to another restaurant option or something else?

Another restaurant owner on the French side told us many places we being offered 100,000 Euros to walk away but could keep any insurance monies. Not sure if it's the same person/group making all the offers or what they plan to do with the properties.

It was sold to a gentleman also named Pascal. He was trying to buy Spiga with a partner but a deal was never completed. I believe he bought Piazza on his own.
