We’re looking for accommodations till fri night anywhere on island, unforeseen change of plans.

Check Expedia. There are always some inexpensive choices on there, and you can check availability at the same time.

I hope you were able to find something to your liking at a good price.
By this time I'm hoping/ thinking you already have.
Azure Hotel & Art Studio Simpson Bay sometimes has inexpensive rates.
