Mary's Boon

Mary's Boon - 04/01/2020 06:00 PM

Would anyone know if Mary's Boon is closed? I have to cancel next month's reservation and re-book for the fall. No one is answering the phone and not returning emails. Any help would be appreciated.

Thx, Bob

I’ve talked and gotten return emails from them in the past few days. I’m pretty sure they are mostly closed like everyone else but I do know at least a few of their guests decided to stay on island. We just changed our April reservations to June with no problems. They told me if you booked via a third party such as Expedia or booking.com the booking agent needs to handle the rebooking. Unfortunately Expedia and some airlines are slow or not answering the phones either. Much easier to make changes if you book directly with airlines, hotel etc. Or Look on there website and call the toll free number. Push zero if they don’t pick up. Office hours I am sure are very limited until this crisis passes.

Thank you both for very helpful info. We booked directly with the Boon so there should be no issues. also booked directly with the airlines and Lesley Bruce. No problem with either...my wife did the Boon's booking so, as soon as she gets home she will check email and spam. Thanks again,
BOB

Thanks Wendell for the hurricane info. I've been on island in Sept. and Oct. and had good luck but you never know...we picked Oct. because Aug is very hot and Sept., Nov., and Dec. we also traveling. But, it was very nice of you to offer that info.
Thx.
Bob
