So, there are "hot spots" on the island but the PM doesn't identify them. AND they want volunteers to go to the unidentified hot spots and do the testing. Seems kind of nebulous to me???

How would you go about it? Tell everyone? Make panic? You don't want them tested?

The good news is they are trying to do the contact tracing rather than wait for everybody to show up at ER while the less severe/asymptomatics keep spreading.

Are we all in a surreal movie?

I believe in full disclosure to the public. Then isolate the hot spot area, as they did with ground zero in China, saturate the hot spot with testing and deal with the problem immediately, rather than letting it fester and spread to other areas. Containment is essential.

Exactly. Sadly, many people here will not go to doctors or hospitals so they care for each other at home. The latest fatalities died at home. A huge plus is we have much more space for quarantine now. Big mistake to allow overseas students to come home.

And what do you think they are doing once they find the hot spot?
