The ship was anchored outside Marigot yesterday. It was a pretty intimidating looking vessel. Black choppers are no less intimidating.

I believe it's across the street from Marrakesh restaurant and just before the right turn into shopping center where Super U is located. Yes, that road goes on to Columbia, Friar's and Grand Case.
