A filed flight plan is not a flight. JBU's app doesn't show those flight numbers.

Unless it is some type of "rescue" flight, I seriously doubt it, as the airport is still closed to commercial traffic.

If you go to the airport webcam this JB flight is scheduled to land 2:38pm there's also a Delta flight on the arrivals list.

Interesting. I didn't realize they had scheduled any more relief flights.

No relief flights scheduled or any other commercial flights for the foreseeable future, unfortunately.

There is one repatriation scheduled this week to Amsterdam.
Repatriation flight to Amsterdam on May 6

KLM will fly from CuraƧao to Amsterdam via St. Maarten on Wednesday, May 6. This created an option to fly directly from St. Maarten to Schiphol on the evening of Wednesday, May 6. This flight will NOT bring people into St. Maarten. It is a repatriation flight.

This is a normal KLM flight for which the normal procedures and tariffs apply. This means you will have to book the flight yourself by going to the KLM website (www.klm.com) or contacting KLM by phone (+31 20 4747 747).

The flight number is KL738. The way to book this flight on the app or website is by going to the option 'one way trip' or 'enkele reis' first, instead of going to the calender. If you already have a KLM/AirFrance ticket for another date, you will have to rebook your ticket through this system. We expect that there will be much interest for this flight, so we would advice you to book as soon as possible.

All persons from the EU and Schengen area will be allowed on board with a valid KLM ticket.

If you have another nationality, you will not be allowed to enter the EU, but you are allowed to transfer on Schiphol Airport. This means that you will have to be able to show a transfer ticket from Schiphol to your destination outside of the EU on ten same day (being May 7th). Without such a transfer ticket, you will not be allowed on the KLM flight.

It is very unsure if there will be any other flights from St. Maarten to the Netherlands in the coming period. If you need to go to the Netherlands, it is strongly advised to book the ticket for this flight as soon as possible.

Also, note that coming back to St. Maarten in the coming period will not be an option as an entry ban applies to Sint Maarten.

And if one looks further, the JetBlue flight is now shown as "CANCELLED".

There is a Delta flight listed as well on the Maho webcam but if you search that flight, it is "CANCELLED" as well or does not exist today as per the Delta website.

I am guessing these flights are preloaded into the system (whatever system you might choose for it to be) and are not properly updated. I think this arrival list is way out of whack.

NOTHING to get excited about.
