another qstn about testing - 01/08/2021 12:43 PM

I'm so confused about time frame to test. I know it's 72 hours. Is that before arrival time in SXM or departure from USA?

Also when we arrive in February SXM and USA have a time difference due to Daylight Savings Time. Our arrival time is 12:05 pm so is it test by 11:30 our time or 12:05? And is it reasonable Ito expect to get results before my 7am flight? l'm losing sleep over this.

Testing timeframe is 120 hours from USA departure....but....as I found out yesterday the TIME is irrelevant (at least for us it was)...the pdf I submitted had just the type of test, date taken, date reported and result. If you are going to the Convention center in RI this is what you will get

I should add that the report will be on the DPH portal so you will have to convert it to a pdf (easy) to attach it. This is also dependent on the lab used which changes......

Not the same as the last test I had there

We had the results the next day

Correct...I stated that in another thread. We are cleared for takeoff on Sunday

I should have added that the form also requests the name of the testing lab which is NOT on the report form....I just put RI Dept of Health and it was accepted.

...and I will admit I had little confidence that with these issues in question (missing the time of test, name of lab and not an original pdf report) we would be approved. I was already in plan B mode but... no problem

It's within 120 hours of your last flight to SXM. Not arrival.

East Coast US and St Maarten have a 1 hour time difference that disappears when the US spring forward for Daylight Savings time, so a one time difference is not due to DST the times being the same is
