The Morgan...formerly Alegria, Caravanserai, and Millenium Hotel

So, I hear the new Morgan property is just about to open. The previous resort was Alegria and before that Caravanserai, which followed The Millennium. I understand the Morgan is under new ownership, too. Wondering if anyone has any information on the result or status of the Alegria/Caravanserai Timeshare Group suit? Thanks very much...

Never seen any appeal to that property. Always been a problem location for the past 25 years I’ve been going to sxm. Lots of honest people have lost a lot money from one scam after the next. Might be a new company formed to distance from the latest failures of the last company but pretty sure it’s still the same principle owner. IMO.
