Great new Restaurant PERLE BLEU

Went to PERLE BLEU on SIMPSON BAY LAGOON last night and had a fabulous meal. Both the food, service and ambiance was perfect. I'd rate this restaurant a 10.

Location?

The restaurant is on the Lagoon and you take a left turn right after Bluepoint .You will then turn left and the restaurant entrance way is about 100 meters on the right. It is in the location where the Thai Restaurant used to be before they moved to where Avantika is.

I believe it's across Welfare Rd from the cinema.

That's right. You will truly enjoy the food and the decor and service. The restaurant opened about 1 month ago.

Can you describe that middle dish--looks fantastic?

The middle dish is rack of lamb and lobster tail . Excellent and the Lobster dish was delicious .

Carol; it is a combination of French and Caribbean cuisine. Wonderful mix.

This is the new restaurant I asked about last week. Glad to hear someone has eaten there and enjoyed it. Will give it a try.

The rack of lamb and lobster tail was $45 USD and the lobster was $35 a kilo. ( $109.00 ) USD

Presentation looks superb! If it tasted as good as it looks, it had to be delicious. Thanks for the info on the new restaurant. Another one for our list when we return.
