Does anyone know if there is an impending project slated for the Summit Hotel property? Asking on behalf of a friend with a property close by.

Something is happening near the Blue Mall and the water tank.

I walked some dogs there and it’s been cleared, and there’s a construction shack. Sudi owns the land.
