Maybe the upstairs isn't open because there are no Jetways. No point in having people go all the way upstairs, when they would then have to bring them back down again to the ground floor to actually board the airplane from the apron!

The way that money has been burned and somehow misplaced. I wouldn't doubt, who ever has the most kick back money gets the bid! SMH!!
