Canada to drop covid test for returning vaccinated travelers

As of April 1st, vaccinated Travelers entering Canada will no longer require
a covid test.
Still have to be vaccinated and upload to the ArriveCAN App but it is progress.

That works.....now we need the same to return to the USA. Start with returning from Canada and then add returning from other countries

What happens if the traveler does not have a device (phone) to load the Arrive CAN app onto?

I imagine you'd have to show hard copy of vax status.

ArrivCan is mandatory for everyone entering Canada, whether or not you have a smart phone. There is a web version. Upload necessary documents and then print hard copies for the airport / border.
