Submitted two requests yesterday morning.
One came back in an hour, second has not come back.
Used same email for both
What is your advise?

Definitely resubmit if it's been over 12 hours. My wife's came back as I was submitting mine and mine took 4+ hours. Check your spam even though yours wasn't in spam other could be.

Contacted EHAS folks, and they were very helpful.
It had been approved, it just was not getting to my email.
Sent to wifes email had QR code and we are good to go.
Slight panic.
EHAS help desk was very helpful
