Ouch, I do wish they would do something about the scooter and motorcycle behavior but I note that I also did some pretty reckless things in my youth as I am sure many of us did. Looking back I am sure there are people amazed I made it to this age.

Noting this was a girl, I am not sure if in other parts of the country it is the same as we have out west but it used to be when you saw an aggressive driver you could almost bet it was a younger male (was there once) but now it seems most of the time it is a younger female. I have heard insurance rates have adjusted for this as well. I find it interesting how times have changed.

Even with the multiple deaths of the bikers on SXM, the stupidity still continues. I feel for the biker that got hurt, but hard to sympathize with anyone, male or female, doing stunts during a tropical storm? Thats just NUTS. I do feel bad for the true victim of this accident, the driver and passengers of the other vehicle, who was just driving, on the right side of the road, and then gets involved with this moronic stunt driver. How many more injuries or deaths will it take till these kids and adults finally learn.

You just can't fix stupid!!! As a former rider I will tell you. Riding those roads are dangerous enough with the sand that breezes across the pavement, let alone on wet oily ground is a bad mixture!! This kid, could have killed herself, or at least ended up in a wheelchair for life!! IMHO, when the police see them doing wheelies, they have to confiscate the bikes, for at least a month!! Second time, crush it!

That young lady is a menace on the roads. We see her from time to time and are not surprised at this. Both vehicles were not supposed to be on the road on Saturday.

Based on that story, I think it will be a little bit before she's back doing stunts. And of course, you are correct, people weren't even supposed to be on the roads..
